COVID-19
As you may know, the Indiana Governor issued a shelter in place effective 3/25 as a result of COVID-19.  Matilda Jane has been anticipating and preparing a plan and has already taken steps to mitigate risks including the deployment of a remote workforce for home office employees and adding in extra sanitation efforts.

We are happy to share that we will continue to ship your orders and are still preparing for an amazing May launch!

Here is how Matilda Jane is handling COVID-19

Our Warehouse Team

Our distribution center will continue to fulfill all orders. We are taking many safety precautions including monitoring of employees’ temperatures, providing personal safety attire, requiring frequent handwashing, and asking anyone who is not well to self-quarantine and alert us immediately.

In addition, we will have split shifts with each shift having fewer personnel per shift to ensure we keep their safety of paramount concern.

Our Office Team

Nearly all of our office team have been working from home since 3/17 and will continue to do so until it is safe to return to work. If anyone chooses to work in the office, they are following the CDC recommendations closely by keeping their distance from their fellow co-workers, frequent hand-washing, and disinfecting their work stations.

Your Orders

Our goal is to offer the same level of service to all of our customers. Your order is being handled with the utmost care with MJ-loving hearts. We ship domestic orders via UPS and international and military via USPS. Below are links where you can view their safety procedures.

You may experience slight shipping delays, as we have implemented new procedures in our warehouse and this may temporarily slow down processing.
