Matilda Jane strives to make sure every order is complete and in great condition when it arrives to your home. If you experience a missing item from your order or if something arrives damaged, please email customercare@matildajaneclothing.com within 2 weeks of delivery and we will be happy to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
